I thought I'd get a little creative and add a new wallpaper for these upcoming Tribute to Canada pages.  Besides the ever-popular maple leaf on the back of the knapsack while traveling in Europe so the locals like you better, what other benefits can one expect just for being Canadian?

Well you have the letter "u", for instance.  It's like salt, you can add it to nearly anything.

People automatically assume you're going to be friendly so their expectation leads to an immediate friendliness themselves.  (How lucky for you!)

Below are just a few reasons why it's nifty to be a canuck.  And for any American who's interested, no we're not offended by the term (ever heard of the Vancouver Canucks?) so you may need to find something else.  I'm still working on this page so you'll notice there are a few missing links.  As soon as I'm up to speed I'll do the linking.

Clearly Canadian

Yes, it's true I live in America, but deep deep deeeeep down I will always  be a Canadian.  Salt and vinegar will always be better than ranch dressing on fries, I'll always pronounce it
"pr-oh-cess" and I'll never get over that whole "uh huh" thing.

:)

MADE IN CANADA

Famous Canadians

Well, since I'm on this big Canada pride kick.  Of course I'm going to want to spread the wealth of information about which celebrities are Canadian.  I've broken the categories up into sections like:   actresses, actors, musicians, etc.   Take a look.  It's still in the works.  Unfortunately, all that time I took to find those images and host them -- well, it's all been a waste because a) people were stealing my bandwidth and b) I sort of deleted them all -- so all you get (for now at least) is text.

You Know You're Canadian When

A very funny list about Canadians.  If you identify, you probably are one.  The list cracks me up every time I read it.  If you're not Canadian, read it anyway.  See if you can even understand it.  Ha!

What Canadians Have to be Proud Of

Among other things, being the coolest country around.  But here's a list for you anyway.
